Free AI visibility scan

There are two versions of your website.

The one people see, and the one an AI assistant actually reads. They are rarely the same, and the gap is the reason you do not get mentioned.

What a visitor sees

What an AI assistant reads

careers.blackline.com 200 OK

Readable text received

almost none

The page loads. The content is injected by JavaScript after load, so crawlers that do not run scripts receive an empty page.

A real finding, from a real scan of a public site on 22 September 2026. The page opens normally in a browser. To anything that reads the HTML without executing it, including every AI crawler, there is nothing on it.

We read 50 pages of that site and found 9 problems.

You do not need a full crawl to find the pattern. Most sites repeat the same handful of mistakes across every template, so a sample finds them, and we always tell you how big the sample was.

What we check

Four reasons an assistant leaves you out

Each one is checkable against your own site, not a guess about ranking factors nobody can see.

  1. 01

Things you do that have no page of their own

Your copy names a service, a location, a capability. Nothing on the site has a URL, a title and a heading about it. There's nothing to cite, so you don't get cited.

  2. 02

The same fact, stated two different ways

Two sets of opening hours. Two turnaround figures. Two phone numbers. Faced with a conflict it can't settle, an assistant usually drops the fact rather than pick one.

  3. 03

Proof buried where nothing reads it

Accreditations, certifications and registrations sit in a paragraph halfway down a page, absent from every title, heading and meta description you have.

  4. 04

Answers that aren't marked as answers

Content that answers a real question with no schema saying so, and no structured line anywhere declaring what kind of organisation you actually are.

How it works

Three steps, no login required

  1. 1

    We take the inventory

Your sitemap tells us every page you have. We read a sample of them exactly as a crawler would, and we tell you how big the sample was.

  2. 2

    We pull the facts out

Services, locations, credentials, hours, prices and claims, lifted page by page then reconciled into one profile of the business.

  3. 3

We show the gap and the fix

Every finding carries the evidence we read it from. Every fix is markup built out of what your site already says.

Whether they can reach you at all

Some sites are turned away before a crawler ever reads a word

An empty page is one failure. Being turned away at the door is the other. Plenty of sites are invisible because the bot protection in front of them refuses the assistants outright, so that is the first thing we test.
