Terms of service

You are contracting with Corenex Solutions Ltd (trading as Visibility Root), registered in England and Wales, company number 13075111. We provide the service as it stands, with no promise that a finding or a fix will change where an AI assistant places you. You confirm you have the right to have the domain you submit scanned, and you agree to cover us if that turns out not to be true. Our liability, where the law allows us to limit it at all, is capped as set out below.
Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and Corenex Solutions Ltd (trading as Visibility Root), registered in England and Wales, company number 13075111. Using the free scan, or any paid service we offer, means you accept them.
The service is provided as it stands
We scan your site publicly and report what we find. We do not guarantee that any finding is complete, that a generated fix is free of error, or that acting on a fix will change your placement, ranking or frequency of mention in any AI assistant, search engine or other third-party system. Those systems are outside our control and change without notice. A finding is our diagnostic opinion based on the pages we read at the time we read them, not a warranty about your site or about any outcome.
You confirm you have the right to have this domain scanned
By submitting a domain, you confirm that you own it, are authorised to act for its owner, or otherwise have a lawful right to have it scanned. You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from a domain you submitted without that right. This clause exists because our crawler identifies itself honestly and reads only what is already public, and we rely on you to have the standing to ask us to do that for a given domain in the first place.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising from these terms or the service, however it arises, is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 pounds if you have not paid us anything. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end access to the service, including a free scan, if we reasonably believe it is being used to breach our acceptable use policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
